AGENCY EXPERIENCE:
In the last year of our program, we participate in a unique experiential learning class that requires us to take up the roles we would like to pursue within an ad agency in the future. We worked with real clients that have paid to use our services (except for non-for-profits) and produce real work that is used.
Our Client: Mission Services Hamilton
Account Manager: Rebecca Lopez
Project Manager: Kevin Woytkiw
Art Director|Strategist: Russel Viray
Copywriter: Celeste Bizarro
How can we bring awareness
to the inequality of resources between homeless men and women in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (without a budget)?
CHALLENGE:
INSIGHT:
Many women without a home don't look homeless.
IDEA:
Create an awareness video using a "Guess Who" board game, telling the narrative of many women that aren't getting the help they desperately need.
EXECUTION:

We created our own characters for the game to tell a realistic narrative.
Our team even got our packaging produced. We based it off of the classic "Guess Who" box cover design.

November is Violence Against Women Awareness Month and we created content for Mission Services to use next year.

We wanted to convey empowerment instead of pity in our social posts.
